We collect the minimum: only what is needed to answer your request and work out a quote. Below is what that data is, why we need it, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted.
Through the request and callback forms: your name, phone number, email address, preferred messenger, and — if you filled them in — the destination country and the vehicle you are interested in. Every field except the contact method is optional.
The site also runs Yandex.Metrica, which collects anonymous visit statistics: pages viewed, referral source, device type, approximate region. That data is not linked to your name or phone number.
Only to answer your request: to source the vehicle, calculate shipping and import payments, and agree the terms. We do not use your contacts for mailings, do not pass them to third parties for advertising and do not sell them. Data may be shared with the carrier and the customs broker — but only for your own deal and only once it has been agreed.
Requests that go no further are deleted after one year. Data on completed deals is kept for as long as the shipment and any follow-up enquiries require. Anonymous Metrica statistics are retained under that service's own rules.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent to processing it. Write to [email protected] from the address or phone number you left in the request — we will handle it within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason.
The site stores only functional values in your browser: the chosen language, your favourites and the items picked for comparison. They stay on your device, are never sent anywhere and are cleared along with the site data. There are no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
